Return and Refund Policy:

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For COD orders the extra charges of COD are not refundable.
To complete your+ return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case you have received damaged/missing or incorrect item then kindly raise a return request along with the picture of that item. The return or exchange in above case is valid till 3 days from the date of delivery. After 3 days period we can't offer you return or exchange.
At first customers had to pay shipping charges for returning their product. Further the shipping costs are refundable. For this customer should mail the photocopy of the receipt(which fairly shows the charges of delivery). Then the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund amount.
If customer fails to provide the picture of shipping receipt, then we can't pay your shipping charges but still you will get your refund back.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. But max it lasts for 15 business days all over India.
Just do remember, fashion jewelry lasts longer when kept dry and free of chemicals. Its often natural that, improper use of jewelry may lead to loose their natural shine. Bad water, unsuitable humidity may certain time affect the quality of product. In such situations products are exempted from being returned.
