Terms of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case you have received damaged,missing or incorrect item then kindly raise a return request along with the picture of that product.
Note: Customize products are non-returnable and can only be exchanged if and only if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged or defective.
Customer had to bear the shipping charges for returning their product which will be appx Rs. 60/-
Terms of Refund
Once the product is reached to us, your refund will be initiated. The refund amount would take maximum of 3-6 business days and it is directly transferred to customers account.
If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of COD payments the COD charges will not be refunded.

We offer FREE exchanges on all our Jewelry Items
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach, may vary. But max it lasts for 15 business days all over India.
