To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In case you have received damaged/missing or incorrect item then kindly raise a return request along with the picture of that product.
Customize products are non-returnable unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.
The customer had to bear the shipping charges for returning their product. In case of COD payments the COD charges will not be refunded.
If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
