COVID-19 Situation 🙁

Store is open for orders. Dispatches only when lock-down lifted.

Due to this sudden crisis we all are facing, order placed now will be packed immediately & will keep it ready to dispatch. Once the courier companies starts working, we will ship all the orders immediately and you will get your tracking information in our mail.

 

Also in this situation, we decided we give all our customers 10% flat off on our entire website so they can reserve their favorite items at a affordable price.

Also, 5% of every order that we have received from start of lock down till 15th April, was successfully donated to an NGO, who feeds food to the needy people. We are heartly thankful to every single customer who contributed us in this campaign. To view proof of donation click here.

  • Can i still place an order?

    Absolutely! We wouldn't want you to miss out & we want you to feel great while shopping with us. Our website will be active 24x7 and you can go ahead and order your favourite style. We’ll block your order and keep it ready for delivery as soon as the lock-down is lifted. (Current tentative date for dispatch is after 3rd May)

  • When will my order get delivered?

    Well! Your order will be packed & kept ready for dispatch. As soon as the logistic partners resume their operations they will be dispatched immediately & should reach you within 5-7 working days. Currently the tentative date is 3rd May, if by any chance there is a possibility of sending it earlier, you'll be informed.

  • If the delivery is uncertain, why should i buy?

    If you know any of our loyal customers personally, they'll tell you that Ellipstore products sell out rather quickly. Therefore, this is your chance to reserve your piece. No harm done! Right?

    By the way, we're giving a special 10% off on all pre-paid orders placed during the lock-down.

  • Why is Cash on delivery (COD) disabled?

    Cash on delivery is currently disable because we'd like our customers to pay & reverse their desired item of jewelry. In cases like these we've experienced high rate of non-acceptance which works out very expensive to manage. And moreover, it blocks inventory for someone who's willing to pay online.

    COD will be back when normal operations resume.

  • What about returns & exchanges?

    Since most state borders have been closed down and our delivery partners are only moving essentials, we are unable to pick up or receive/process your exchanges/returns. We will, however, be accepting all requests from your side to have them processed as early as the lock-down is lifted. Your patience and support is valued through this complex time.

  • Will your customer support be available?

    Yes! our customer support will be active but lean. We're trying our best to address all queries remotely from our homes. There will be delay but nothing will go unaddressed.

  • How will i know if the money is actually donated?

    A proof of donation in the form of a reciept will be put up on this very page / website. In addition, we will be mailing the proof of donation to all the customers who've made a contribution.
