1. Name Necklace typically takes 15-18 working days (exclude saturday & sunday) to get it ready to ship.

2. Status of your order will be updated on your registered email address frequently. kindly keep a check at your mail box (including promotions)

3) Once you place an order, it can't be cancelled as your name goes through an automated process for designing.

4) We provide 30 days promise wherein if the polish fades out within 30 days (from the date you receive) we are happy to make a new one fore FREE.
