HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your ellipstore account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

We provide free shipping to all over India.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? 

It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. It takes around 1 to 2 days for us to process your order for shipping. It would take maximum of 5-7 days to reach the destination.

 

WHAT I SHOULD DO WHEN MY PAYMENT IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT/WALLET, BUT MY ORDER DIDN'T GET CONFIRMED?

Stay relax. This usually happens when we are not able to capture your payment, in such cases your money will get reversed to your account within 2-3 days.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Once the order is placed a confirmation mail is sent to you within 5-6 hrs and further it is send for shipment process. For cancelling the order just raise a cancel request to our customer support before the confirmation mail is sended to you. Because once it is gone for shipment we can't cancel the order.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS ?

You will receive a tracking ID once the order is sent for shipment. Enter that tracking ID into "TRACK MY ORDERS" in help section to get the details of your order.
