Our customize jewelry is eligible for exchange under 2 conditions:

1. If you received it in damage/tarnish condition or it has any spelling mistake.
2. If the polish fades away within warranty period of 100 days.

Please Note :- Once your order is been placed, we immediately begin the process of production of your customize jewelry. So cancellation of customize jewelry is not possible.
